We believe that building multi-racial and cross-sectoral movements is critical to achieving liberation. gs hopes it can make an impactful contribution by deepening existing movement relationships and supporting generative movement building strategies.

To be effective in our work for liberation, it requires rigor, endurance, agility, balance, deep love and coordination. This course has a strong focus on rigor (being able to concentrate, generate positive and productive moods, remain open to possibilities, think through complex situations, and take action effectively); endurance and physical fitness (possessing strength, balance, agility, flexibility, coordination and perseverance); and spirit and connection to what’s bigger (knowing the values and calling on which you are willing to stake your life). Physical training is used in addition to the gscore methodology (somatic awareness, practice and opening) to support your transformation.
