Elizabeth began studies with generative somatics in 2013. She works with individuals committed to social justice to build resilience, embody belonging, and heal from the impacts of internalized oppression to become the vibrant, powerful leaders and healers needed to create new just systems. Lizzie is a metabolizer and somatic practitioner who is deeply committed to collective liberation. Lizzie is a white bodied person focused on repair of christian supremacy. Lizzie listens to the land, body and rhythms of nature as a base from which to heal and develop.
